GOVERNANCE

The Executive Board is the governance body of the Napa Women’s Club, Inc., a non-profit public benefit entity organized to provide charitable contributions and advance empowerment of women under the uniform code of the Internal Revenue Service for 501(c)(3) organizations.

The Executive Board is comprised of leaders and delegates from the First Edition and Evening Edition to provide governance and operational oversight of the Clubhouse, website and other mutual benefit assets.  The board meets monthly at the Clubhouse at 218 Franklin Street.

Ms. Susan Wheeler serves as President of the Executive Board and is the primary contact for board matters.
