The leadership of the NWC is committed to steer the Club toward strategic goals and initiatives that directly align with its mission. The Board of Directors is appointed to act on behalf of the membership to run the day to day affairs of the organization. Committees, teams and other appointments are assigned as needed to support the governance, managerial and operational functions of the Board.
Among other responsibilities, the Board of Directors and committee leaders help direct the membership to:
contribute to the welfare of women and children in the City of Napa and surrounding communities,
take an active role in providing financial donations and other resources to local community organizations,
mobilize as an active volunteer workforce to support worthwhile causes,
cultivate authentic friendships and connections with one another and
actively participate in Club activities and social functions to strengthen the bonds of womanhood.
